in Odoo 11 you can have a beautiful Gantt chart of the forecast for each user but it only shows the forecast on the projects
I would like to see at the same time the holidays planned for the users
Any idea is welcome

You can create new project "Leaves" and sync with leaves(may be from server actions, if some one put leave create timesheet entries in that project with responsible.
Then, when you see gantt you can see all planned hours of user. (you can filter out Leave project to check leaves)
