I installed Odoo 10, and I downloaded a module version odoo 9, How i migrate this module

You have to go through code and need to change it where necessary. you have to also take care about data migration.
The best way to do that install odoo v9 module in odoo 10 and get error and solve it, because i think it not required more modification in code (it depends on model).
have you tried adding the module into the custom addons dir as indicated by your /etc/odoo-server.conf , "Update Apps List"
seeing if it appears and then trying to install it?
My experience has been that some v9 modules will install while others simply will not and the reason/coding/fix is beyond my Odoofu.
Can't hurt too badly to try. Maybe make sure you backup your DB first incase something really gets screwed up and you want a fast track to normal.
