I'm pulling my hair out here, but I can't seem to get how to add shipping as a variable ad hoc number. 

We have shipped set up as a Fixed Cost in Odoo, but can't figure out how to edit this amount on an ad hoc basis for shipping. Is there a way to have shipping set up as a Variable Cost?

We don't have any direct carrier relationships, but rather use our 3PL to ship the goods, and then we get the actual shipping bill 60 days afterwards. Due to this on the occasions when we do charge shipping there is no hard and fast rule.
