Hello


In v8 there was a nice function in sales to log customers calls.

How can I do this in v9? Thanks

I found out. There seems no longer to be the calls logged screen which was very handy.

You log a call on an opportunity (linked to a customer) as next activity.

To find out about activities, then create a report

The advantage is that the sales dashboard now tells you the next things you have to do.
