Hello, I'm looking to let some Helpdesk users to see all tickets within a team they are following.

The thing is that as far as I know, to search for tickets from a helpdesk team and see them, you have to be assigned to it or have manager's access rights; what I need is that any user that is following a helpdesk team could see all tickets within it's kanban view, but just with read access.

Also if it involves the case, only to let them post a log note to the ticket.

I have beeng struggling with record rules and access rights to let this happen, but I can't find the correct solution at the momento.
