As a newbie evaluating odoo, I may asking silly question here. :)

What is the proper way to setup a so called "Customer Online Ordering" function for customer, so they can login this page, check product portfolio, then place a order directly (No quotation process needed), also also can track order status (picking, manufacturing, shipping, etc.)

I know it seems like eCommerce, but it is not same. We need to control customer's credit, also don't do payment for each order, but bill them every month.
