I prefer to import the move lines with lots, through "Import records" menu. But, no idea about importing lots inforamtion.

You can create an Excel sheet and add your lots number in one column like:

then copy the whole column with values and paste them into the first lots field -> it will add lines on picking and you just enters the quantity field.
