I have 3 users, one can create a journal entry the second one can post the journal entry third one make the reverse entry. I need to hide the post button for the first one he can just create a journal entry,

Create a new security group for that user and customize the journal entry view to set the groups attribute on the button to the newly created security group.
can you help me to do that?
