I didn't get a mail after ranking up each level and hence Iam not able to order mug for free.

Yes, I've correct email because I've been getting mail after completing each course, it's just that I am not getting the leveled up mail from odoo.
I reached 5000 points more than a month ago and still haven't received the email to get the mug 😪
Make sure to have a correct email address in your Oddo account. Check the Spam folder. After receiving the email, follow the steps in this video.
