Hi I recently bought Theme Martin, and found it sucks with static content, not as it was expected to be. Now the theme is withdrawed from the online store, and I contacted odoo via online contact form asking for refund while there is no response at all. So my question is:  Is it possible to get refunded if we are not satisfied with the APPs & Themes? How? EVERYONE would have this issue if you don't have one now.

I once had a problem with an app too and I did get a refund.
If there was a real issue with the app you should be able to get one too. By default when you e-mail to support@odoo.com you should get a response within a few days, if this is not the case you can still e-mail to apps@odoo.com, which is the dedicated mailbox for support with the app store.

I sent emails to all the emails above and got a ticket number, but nothing happens until now. Seems you are the lucky one.
