I did not find in the configuration if it was possible to do the following.
We would like to avoid getting spam in our helpdesk app. We set it up so it is checking our support email account.
But right now, anyone who sends an email to that address can create a ticket in our helpdesk.
We would like to limit this to only existing contacts from our database.
There is a function to do this in the project but I did not find something similar to this with the helpdesk application
