A client has this requirement to print the docket on A4 size paper. Can I ask if somebody knows how to achieve this? I have tried modifying pos.xml and pos.css so the docket seems to be A4 wide but the final print or PDF generated is only half A4 paper wide.

Change the Report format to 'European A4'
By default all reports will use 'European A4' PaperFormat, unless when a report is mapped/associated to any specific report-paper-format.
Configuration can be found at the Path (Settings > Technical > Reporting > Paper Format)
