Hi, I have to enter a bank statement of December 2013. This Fiscal period is not closed yet. The server has of course the date of today January 14th, 2014. When I click on create in bank statement I get the following error message (it is by the way the same if I try to create a manual journal entry) :
There is no period defined for this date: 2014-01-14. Please create one.
If I try to create a period for 01/2014 for example, this is not allowed.
What can I do?
I must create before fiscal year and create monthly periods for this year. Go to menu -> invoicing(accounting) -> Configuration -> Period -> Fiscal years
