Now the post date comes below teaser text as "toukokuuta 2018" (or huhtikuuta 2018). Can I change it to be always like "toukokuu 2018" (or huhtikuu 2018).

not really, unless you want to make a custom module for that. or
in custom module, add new field and refer to that one without missing odoo internals.
