this below link will helps you to install odoo, here is already script for installing odoo.

or you can download only source from github
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/tree/11.0
I think first and foremost you should refer to the official installation documentation and not to an abitrary third party installation script (which in this case is trustworty, but a newbie can't know it without an explanation).
