How to display create bottom in Many2many/One2many select view without input anything in Odoo15?

I don't know why i can't upload screenshot with 403forbbiden in my question description... 

About the question, 

For a One2many field, click it in tree or form view will show the select view with several related result. I remember there's a create bottom in this select view in Odoo14. But in Odoo15, we must input something before  create bottom show.

So how to display this create bottom directly without input anything?
