How can set the default checkbox in the mail chatter to 'not checked' ?

I found it , it was an addon module, so thank you for your help.
Either you can make default value on wizard action or override the check box field on same model and give default value false.

I don't know exactly what I changed to set the checkbox default to "False". It's a long time ago I did this. ;P

Remove them from the follower list.
he isn't in the follower list, there is only the superadmin. The checkbox there is checked automaticlly. I want it to be "not checked" when I click "new message"
