Alternatively, if it is necessary to compute the commissions for each line of the sales order, the commissions may also be incorporated into the Quotation templates, especially when they fluctuate based on discounts or percentage rates.

A new quotation template, designated as 'Commissions' for example, will be required, which will include a Quotation Calculator that references all Sales transactions within a Spreadsheet.

In the newly created spreadsheet, the following fields must be added through Studio in the quotation form: 

1.  %Commission (The percentage of the amount that will calculate the commission)
2.  Commission (Depending on the formula of the spreadsheet, total amount of the commission per line)
3.  Order reference (It will help when filtering). (Make it invisible so it does not ask for the reference)
4.  Salesperson (It will help when filtering)

In the Spreadsheet when adding the fields, the Commission field will need to multiply the %Commission * the Amount (this will be affected if there is a discount as it will calculate the amount with the discount applied).

So, in the sales form you add the % of commission that applies, and then open the Quote Calculator:

Click the smart button of the Quote Calculator and it will open the spreadsheet with the calculation of the amount of the commission.

Click the purple button to save the information (Save in S00023)

And the changes will apply to the line or lines: 

When it is needed, it can be filtered per salesperson or per order, the information can be filtered directly from the Spreadsheet in the headers and the fields needed can be added there to get a report or calculate the commissions per salesperson.
