How to create sale order or quotation after payment in e-commerce?

Hi,

Odoo create quotation automatically before click Payment options. We are using only credit card payment method in e-commerce.

How can i create sale order after credit card payment confirmed? I want to disable automatically offer/sale order creation if payment confirmation failed.
