Hi there, I often need to make spécific personalised labels for our products as our offer is constantly changing. Is there an easy way of making them with OpenERP? If not, what reporting system would you recommand to easily be ableto create labels knowing that it's pretty much alwaysthe same fields, but the layout is different, and we add fixed text, images...

Any help welcome

You can find it under Settings --> Applications --> OpenOffice Report Designer. Install this module. You will have a new menu called "Reporting" now, scroll down in this menu to "Settings". You will find "Report Designer" at the bottem. Click this option, and a pop-up will appear. In this pop-up you can download the plugin. Save this plugin, and follow the steps listed in this pop-up. Basicly you open OO, go to "Extra" --> "Extentions" and choose "Add" and select the plugin. Restart Open Office, and you will have an "OpenERP" menu in the top bar. Connect to the server and you're ready to go.

If you need to customize the PDF Odoo product labels, you may consider using of this Odoo barcode label printing app "Product Label Builder".

This solution will allow you to edit product label templates, preview and print them in the convenient way. Use different paper formats: A4, US Letter sheets for multi-label layouts, Dymo type for single-label layouts.

Hello Pierre,

This is supported by default, just go to your "Products". Go into List-view mode, select one or multiple products and press "Print" --> "Product Labels". You can customise the information into these reports with the report editor, and enter the scan-codes under your products.
