How to create designations in OpenERP in HR module?
Please help.
Also we have some service type verticals. These are nor products nor departments. How to handle this case?

Partners have a title field (I believe that that's what you mean with "designations").
You can link an Employee to a Partner through the Working Address.
@Daniel, Thanks for your reply. I need is to create designations such as Manager, Team Leader, Clerks and so on.
That's called a "Job". On the employee form, "Position" section, field "Job".
