i need to create a menu like whatsapp that show the number of draft orders inside the menu like let's say i have a menu called Requisitions and i have 3 new orders inside then from out side i need to see (Requisitions 3)

Hi,
Badge option was available till odoo 10 and from the higher versions it has been removed. So you may have to remove the functionality from scratch or depend on the third party modules available in the store for the same.
Upon checking for the same in apps store, cant find a module in v13, but v12 is available, you can try it v13 and see how it works.
