I have a order that has returned to the warehouse (due to wrong zipcode).


Working with a 2-step route (pick+pack)

I did a RETURN on the PACK and succesfully validated it, and the item is back to stock.

However, this is not reflected in any way in the Sale Order itself. Its still marked as delivery, the Effective Date was not changed, and I have no way to know its waiting to be shipped, and also no way to PICK+PACK it again.

How to continue from here?
