How to connect one contacts to many companies?

Question

Say I have a contact and he's an employee at one company, but he's a part time at another and he works for a third non-profit organization in his free time.

How can I assign this person to all those companies?

This is not possible with the data model Odoo uses.
Also if he purchases something from you, which Company should pay the bill?  The one where he works full time, the one where he works part time or the one where he volunteers?
Create him three times, once associated with each Organization he works for.
It will require some data duplication but makes everything in Odoo work without the added complexity of "who is he being today?"

Naturally, we'll have to choose each time which is a no problem for us, instead of duplicating and copying information each time an update happens to them and manage them indefinitely
