I have already installed odoo 10 in our digital
ocean VPS and biometric device is connected to our local network
.Inorder to connect the biometric device outside of the network,for easy
accessing the data.There is no issue when connecting with devices
inside the local network.Actually i had tried many times to connect with
odoo VPS server but i cant access the device properly using odoo .So
Please suggest me proper steps for connecting a local biometric device
with the cloud server of odoo.

To integrate biometric attendance with Odoo, follow these steps:
1. Download the Odoo Biometric Attendance module from the Odoo App Store.
2. Install the module in your Odoo application.
3. Configure the module with Service Tag ID and Auth Token from your Cams portal. You need a valid web api activated to avail this.
4. The module syncs attendance data from the biometric device to Odoo.
5. Generate reports and analyze data within Odoo.
Please ensure compatibility with ZkTeco devices via the Cams Developer Bot or choose a compatible device from the Cams product page.

Please try the demo of this module in v11 and if it is working, then you can downgrade the same to odoo 10
