Ok we have several verticals with different clients.

But a new and growing vertical for use in the HOA Management Company solutions.

We currently have Zoho and have to keep login in and out of one account to another.

Will being sold Odoo we were told that there was a way to have our entire "ERP/CRM" etc setup for all our company but when we received or sent emails, SMS, phone calls etc that we didn't have to have to log out of our companies account and we would be able to deal with example, HOA #1 with 752 Property Addresses/Accounts and 7 of them had 5-7 board member portals (with different reports, files, and their own invoices and billing) while we had those linked either within our Odoo account or having to have another Odoo account for HOA #1 with maybe just a user or 2, that, either way, had a separate accounting system, invoices, billing (payments used as we have now the HOA's own Stripe & Plaid account to be deposited into their bank), Separate website, and etc.

But note that ALL of the HOA's and their homeowners etc know that we are the management company so they are always getting, say invoices from us but it has on it a separate online link or QR code to make their payment or the mail it to our office and we process the deposits. Phone #'s are ours or if they have one, it is forwarded to our 3CX system or Twilio so and the same with our main email or their main emails are forwarded to ours and when that happens it pulls up everything into the system and logged the calls, emails, documents, etc to their CRM and part in their portal...

So, any ideas on how to get this rolling forward...new to Odoo.
