I have configured the outgoing mail server and it shows "Connection Test Succeeded! Everything seems properly set up! " But when I try to send email using this outgoing email from admin or demo user .. mail is not receiving to the customer. Mail is only receiving when the email id of outgoing email and email of the user in the preference is the same. if both email id are different mail is not receiving to the customer.  Is it possible to use single outgoing mail server for multiple users with their own email id? 


Anyone please help me to find the solution to to this issue

Refer to the below forum post.

Also, keep the Outgoing mail in the  Email  Templates as the "Outgoing Email Server mail address". And "Reply to" as user's email

Regarding your question about possiblity of using single outgoing mail server for multiple users with their own email id you should configure SMTP Relay server at Office 365 as described this (https://ventor.tech/guides/how-to-configure-emails-to-work-with-office-365-and-odoo/#1) article, that it will work as you want.

Please check the error messages you get back from your SMTP provider and make sure your provider allows to send from multiple addresses. Also read the documentation carefully:

To make Microsoft Email work properly, you have to make sure you have setup the relay capability of your SMTP server as described by Microsoft, a second requirement is to create a catchall account for the incoming mail (which is also not easy with MS). I have found a clever way to achieve this goal (it is in German only):

Please read the documentation again carefully, especially the link to the Microsoft documentation. This is not an Odoo issue, but an Office 365 issue.
