How to configure domain name over ip address in odoo 11

How to configure domain name over ip address in odoo 11. Is it possible to run the odoo server from .conf file in apache2.

Thanks for the answer. It is very useful and working fine the only thing is need to add one extra line *listen serve [::]:80;*
