I'm using ODOO 13 and I'm running an ink factory . So I mix inks in a machine so naturally some ink may get stuck in the machine . Let's say I'm trying to produce 100 kg of red ink and it takes two components with 20 kg each . at the end of the production I obtain 98 kg since some of the ink went to waste . So I still consumed all the components but got only 98 kg . Is there anyway I can achieve this in ODOO?

There is a button called "Scrap"  which will be shown after you confirm a Manufacturing Order. Here you can record the quantity of product went to waste after completion of manufacturing.

You can use "Scrap" to identify the 2kg that were lost during manufacturing.
