Hi

With Studio, I customized a copy of an invoice PDF. I also applied it to a test email template (Settings > Email Models > I chose my test email and applied my test PDF to the dynamic reports line in the settings sheet, is that correct?).

When I invoiced my customer, I selected the "Email and Print" button. I could choose the test email template (which had the test PDF tagged), but the PDF never changed.

Is what I did correct? Why doesn't it work? Can you help me with this?

Hi,
After creating new report from the original, did you have made any specific changes to this report ?

Settings -> Email templates and open invoice email and in dynamic report, remove the current and set the newly created one
