Hi Simon,
You can perform inventory adjustment to scrap Location. Or if inventory exist then please follow way as sushma suggested that's also perfect one.

Hi Simon,
If stock exists in odoo, then you can directly move to scrap, else push stock to Odoo as inventory then after move it to scrap.
