Employees in our client organisation every month pay some contribution to the Company and it is not a fixed amount. How can we manage in the salary structure while generating payslip?
Employees in your Client Organisation contribute amount to organisation voluntarily every month and it is not constant So how to add this contribution amount in pay slip or salary structure ?
For example, One Employee Rajesh get RS 10000 per month and contributes RS 1000 in August 2020 salary and RS 1500 in September 2020 salary and nothing contribute in October 2020 salary.
Another Employee Joseph in same salary structure and get RS 20000 per month and contributes RS 2000 in August 2020 salary and RS 2500 in September 2020 salary and nothing contribute in October 2020 salary.
How can Odoo 13 manage this Rule in salary and payslip and also it has deducted from Gross in NET Calculation ?
