I want to capture the selection field data while checking in in attendance. but i can't able to add  my field previous to check in button. how should i do this... can any one help me on this...

or else i that possible to capture field data in on click pop up function..if clicked the checking in button, it will throw on pop up wizard, there we can capture the data.
