if you give the access right to crm.team properly as i have mentioned in the above comment. Now you may getting access issue in some other models , is it ? or still the same model ?

This is not the bug, by default there is privilege for the sale user to create opportunity in the pipe line, you just try in a new db, sometime you will not face the same error there

This is the security warning, you can set it bu allowing access permission for the model shown in the error message. here it is shown that for the crm.team model particular user group have only read access. So you have to give permission to create and write accordingly.
Activate developer mode, settings -> Technical -> security -> Access control list, search the model and give the permissions for the see own documents group
