When i click Pricing. 

What does users/month mean? i thought odoo enterprise is unlimited users.

If i buy accounting (8usd/month) , i can use all other apps for free and also unlimited users?


Odoo pricing is very complicated.

It might help to think about pricing as two separate amounts joined together.

You are paying for each app - no matter how many users.

You are paying for each user - no matter how many apps.


The pricing page is just working out how many users and how many apps - then adding these two numbers together.


"Unlimited users" comes from our offer of the "first" App being free - so if you only choose 1 app we charge nothing for the App and nothing for each user.


If you chose JUST Accounting, you can have as many users as you want and pay $0 for the app and $0 per user.


Once you choose your second app, you must pay for both apps and all users.

Hi,

The Charge for enterprise is based on the number of modules and number of the users. Suppose for accounting module if charge is 5 USD per User, if you need accounting to be used for multiple users(users having login), the charge will be number of users * 5 USD.

So if you have 5 users you need to pay 25 USD per month/annually .


If you buy only accounting, you can use it only. If you install more apps you need to make the payment for it also.

so if i buy 1 user and only accounting module

i have 5 accountant . they cannot use accounting at the same time .? but they can use invoice module & others ?

can i still use ( invoice ,inventory, etc which are free in community edition)

No, you might have to share the same login to all 5 accountants, if you dont want to take 5 users license

You can't mix Community (100% free) and Enterprise (which you subscribe to). With Enterprise, you pay for the User(s) and you pay for the App(s) as soon as you choose two Apps. It doesn't matter how many people use each App. Feel free to reach out to Odoo or an Odoo Partner if you still are unable to understand how your scenario would be priced.
