How is the "Order" button in the POS module supposed to work?

Question

Hello, I'm using Odoo version 9 on windows 8.1. I don't have the POSBOX.
In the POS module, I click the "Order" button but it does nothing.
I thought it would show a print dialog or something so I could select a printer. It's the kitchen printer supposed to be pre-selected? If so how do I configure a kitchen printer?

Hi,
I have 3 network printers for each printer a category... It does not work for me if i but the same ip proxy adress, even how odoo will detect my ip network printers ???

Dear,
Oder Button in POS System uses to Oder the selected item to the Kitchen Printer, as rightly guessed by you.
By Pressing Oder Button Oder will automatically will transfer to the Local Connected Kitchen Printer.
Now, To Setup Kitchen Printer follow the following steps,
1.) Goto *POS Application.*
2.) Goto *Configuration >> Oder Printers *
There you can Create your new kitchen Printer , Provide Printer's Proxy IP Address and you will be able to receive Oder there.
