IN OE17 you can configure the consigment option in the Stock configuration.

This allows you to have products that you dont' owe, with a cost price of 0.

But you can sell them withour being able to put a rule on the sales price since cost price=0

You can then easily sell at a lower price than the cost price.

This seems more like a donation and not a consignment.

Any idea is welcom

I think the intended purpose is to be able to do logistic operations on products you don't own and to keep stock of them. An exemple I can imagine is that a third party subcontracts their warehousing and delivery process to your company. They pass SOs to you directly from their SOs so you can ship the product to their client. You then charge them for the service of executing the delivery. The products themselves entered your warehouse at a cost of 0$ and were sold at 0$, since you never owned them. But you made a profit with the service charge.
