What is the Opportunity Probability Percentage after I create 28 Opportunities with Belgium State and Tags called French
Two won opportunities and one lost for Belgium State
11 Won opportunities and 9 lost with tag French
4 won opportunities with both criteria and one lost


Belgium 2/3
French 11/20
Belgium & French 4/5

Hi Ibrahim,

Odoo calculates the Opportunity Probability Percentage in CRM based on the stages of Opportunities. The default stages are: New, Qualification, Proposed, Won, and Lost.

In the given scenario:

  • Belgium state has a 2/3 success rate (67%) as 2 opportunities were won and 1 lost
  • The French tag has an 11/20 success rate (55%) as 11 opportunities were won and 9 were lost
  • The combined criteria of Belgium state and French tag has a 4/5 success rate (80%) as 4 opportunities were won and 1 lost.

According to the third example, the percentage is 78.85%
But I didn't know how he calculated it.
