Hi everyone,

I am trying to create a mass mailing, and when I pressed "Send to All", the mass mailing is scheduled with the time approximately 1 hour later. How can I change the scheduled time?

I tried to change the Scheduled actions setting of "Email Queue Manager" and "Process Mass Mailing Queue" to 5 minutes

But, it seem doesn't work.

it works after it is executed an hour later. you need to trigger it manually.

I understand now, it depends on the next execution time.
