I have a question about mailing with catchall into our Odoo v10.

Clients reply to messages sent from our system. Reply-to address is the project alias.

In the project settings I can only select one of these options:

  • Incoming mails create issues

  • Incoming mails create tasks

While each of these works separately, there is no option to do both. I would like for those replies to generate issues OR tasks depending on what they've replied to.

Is this possible in Odoo? Is there something wrong with my setup perhaps? Is alias on project not the right way to do this?

Ability to create and update tasks via email, using POP3 or IMAP. Creating tasks via would very useful to integrate KanBoard with other systems and also allow users to easily create and update tasks via email.
