Hi,
Activate the developer mode and navigate to Settings -> Technical -> Actions -> User Defined Defaults, and add a new record here like below.
Select the field Routes, technical name: route_ids and in Default Value (JSON format) you have to add coma separated list with ID's of route that you need to set as default value.
To Get the ID of the routes, you can go to the Routes menu from Inventory -> Configuration -> Warehouse Management -> Routes
Then open the record to get the ID, either you can get ID from URL or from the metadata.

I just tested this with Version 13 and 14:
The first step is to determine the ID's of each of the Routes. Open each up and look in the URL to see the ID:
Another way is to add the ID field to the List View so you can see the ID's you would need for these three. Note that ID's are specific to each database:
Then, make a default record directly from the User-defined Defaults Menu:
Each time you create a Product, all three Routes will be selected:
