Hi I have a macbook air 2017.  How do I setup http://localhost:8069 on my mac. Please give me a concrete example.

Do you mean how to open your Odoo website? 

If you already installed Odoo website app and you use your local PC you can http://localhost:8069 if you already configured your domain then http://yourdomin

this will open your Odoo website.

Also if you are in backend, Open website app and then you can click on "Go To Website" button.
