In our restaurant our servers get an automatic 10% gratuities, however when clients pay with credit cards, we reduce the merchant fees from the gratuities. I have 3 payment types set up under the "Available Payment Methods" in the POS setup - cash, credit card and room charge. I haven't found any reports that would show me how much of the gratuities were paid in each of the payment types. Any ideas?
