To manufacture my product, I need to rent a piece of machinery. In Odoo terminology, it's actually a work center. But there's some lead time to get the equipment and costs associated with the rental (based upon how long I need the equipment) that I need to include in the customer invoice.
How do I define this equipment in Odoo, and how or do I make it a workcenter?
If you are not having any maintenance to be recorded for the rented equipment then no need to define it, instead create a work centre and define the operation and also the OEE, Cost per hour and capacity. The costing structure will be giving you the correct cost.
