Has anyone come across the below?

Version: 10.0
Contract number: M1612302628828

This has happened before and has fixed itself, but this time it has been 4 Days and I can't get my Bank Accounts to Sync.

504 error actually occurs between servers, when the first tries to connect to the other and takes sooo long. You may try to check that your second server is working properly first.

Did you get this resolved? Im having the same issue and its now been 8 days, no response to support ticket as yet, very frustrating as there is a lot to reconcile.
