How do I assign multiple Leads to one user all at once? (not one at a time)

Question

I have two questions.

First how can I mass manage leads? I want my manager to be able to select a group (range) of leads and assign them all at once to a sales person.

Second, when I import leads from a csv file, the leads are automatically assigned to the user importing them. How can I change this to unassigned?

Module you are looking for has appropriate name: mass_edit
