I would like to know if it is possible to validate the delivery order automatically when we confirmed the sale order? take note we have no product on hand in stock, but i want to allow the negative stock.

You cant auto confirm stock without reservation and reservation happens when you have your qty available as positive.
Alternatively, you can change the product type from storable to consumable
