In the release notes for Odoo V8 it states:

"Removed modules / features
• Project_long_term: Project Phases can be added as customisation, other features were experimental/unstable"

How can this be added?  I used Project Phases a lot in my V7 installation and would like to use it in V8 as well.  I have tried installing the module from the link below:

but it does not seem to show up after updating the modules list so I guess it is not compatible with V8
