hi

i have a big proparties with more than 125 commercial  commercial contrct and i need a software to manage and monitor the contracts in all aspects such as payments and contracs periods and comunications taxs ...etc

and im new totaly new to softwares sch as odoo and im surreit will improve my bussiness performance and saves me alot of time , for now im using a very avarage way to control my bussiness as an excel sheet to track the contracts and phisical invoices to record the money .

so how i can starts with odoo to integrate everything with my buss. should i go to third party devoloper ? , which apps should i looking for ? and where is my database will be stored ?
