How can I stablish in Odoo 8 that one manager only can see and approve his subordinates’ leaves. Leaves Management Module

I’d appreciate if somebody could help me to stablish some rule in security groups or any other way in order that managers can only see and approve his subordinates’ leaves, since at this moment any manager can see and approve any subordinate’ leaves request, even if he doesn’t belong to his department.

Thanks Jordi, but I need to approve holidays (leaves) no employees' timesheets.

Hello Reyes,
Look at the following module developed by Eficent:
http://www.eficent.com/blog_en/timesheet-validators-in-odoo/

Can be obtained from here:
https://github.com/Eficent/eficent-odoo-addons/tree/7.0/hr_timesheet_sheet_validators
The module is currently only available for version 7.0, but can be ported to 8.0 if financing is provided.
